Communism did the exact opposite of your propaganda poster in Yugoslavia.

No, people did. Communism is a belief, an ideology. People who turn against their ideals or are led astray by oppurtunists contradicting those ideals do bad things, not the idea itself. The purpose of the this poster is to promote what Communism is and less of what the Soviet Union (who operated under State Capitalism, not Communism) and its successors did. Can you really damn an entire belief based on what corrupt leaders did? Not only that, but just because a nation says it operates under certain principles, do you really believe it does?

Not true. If it truly had been State Capitalism, then was the Union flat broke when it went bust?

The answer is simple, Greed. THAT* is the real problem, you're both right; And, you're both wrong.

If both systems were allowed to operate without Greed, both would be fair.

But Greed, endless profit for the sake of ever more profit, makes both your arguments meaningless.

Until the idea of endless wealth without limitation is utterly destroyed, your both living in a dream world. I encourage you to watch, read, and comment here[link] should you wish to debate further.

Firstly, I was arguing the Communism is a set of ideals and principals about putting the community first, accepting that people should be treated as equals and deciding on how to run said community through democratic decisions. All of that is in the original text, clear as day. I do not view Communism as a system to be abused by the corrupt and greedy, like Capitalism is; I view it as a way of life and an ideal future. You can't force freedom on people. Therefore, I wasn't wrong, he wasn't right. I might be young, but I know what I'm talking about. It's other people who attack me because they think supporting Communism means supporting the USSR or China; they don't understand I'm being Politically Correct and accurately defining a set of ideals rather than condemning them for the actions of despots.

Also, I will not continue this debate because it isn't a debate. At best, it's a misunderstanding. I'm already very familiar with human greed, though while you choose to attack the issue that is a root in human instinct, I choose to attack a system that runs the world and inspires greed in humanity for the greedy. You want people to recognize the greed that lies in every human's heart while I want people to recognize the system that douses that spark in gasoline. We're on the same team.
