But .. it did work. Well, it could be that the term of 'working' means different things for the public as for the American goverments, it´s obidient goverments(hey there England) and its economical leaders. 

And by the way, we all know that some bombs run out of durability ... economical rulebook say that it´s better to drop it without a use than as to wreck it for money.
