A great quote! Somewhat unfortunate, though, considering the (fully justified) reputation of it's author as one of the great tyrants of History.

Also you spelled ignorant wrong.

Now that's funny.

In 1794 Robespierre slaughtered 30k+ French citizens.

Why don't you quote some Hitler too, I'm sure he said some profound things.

Thank you for the comment, I knew something stunk about that name.

Yeah, I am sure education is great, if it is only the education you want, to get what you want to get accomplished for just you and your party as well.

Exactly, it's a strange sort of "education" where the average day of class ends with a dozen people being beheaded in public.

yeah, tyranny can just as easily be disguised as freedom when wrapped up selected education and being sold on it's benefits
My great grand father was slain by Italian communists for choosing not to fight with them nor fascists during WWII

The ironic thing I see about communists is they hope to be free from capitalism and the wild flows of money,
but they become slaves of ideas, and promises of political parties it seems.

sometimes people, even bad people, say quotes that most people can agree with. They might not even follow through with the policy promised by the quote (or worse, do)

Sure that applies to a certain extent, but when you start quoting genocidal mass murderers, one should be able to exercise a slight bit of discretion, you think?

maybe so, but just because they're crazy and tyrannical doesn't mean they're wrong about everything, just most things.
(although now that you mention it, I can't think of any quote by Hitler that I agree with. I can think of quotes by other dictators that I agree with, but none by hitler)

Geez.
Context matters.
