You got the title wrong. Also, it's kinda funny how you try to defend a country that you don't know about. But It's true that there are some pro-american assholes trying to steal Venezuela's money and oil.

Allende was a Psycho he nearly destroyed the Chilean economy and plunged the country into a deluge of violence. Pinochet may have been a brutal and repressive dictator that flagrantly violated human rights, but so did Allende, in the end he ultimately set Chile's economy on a good path, ultimately re-established Democratic rule. Chile today has the freest economy in South America, has had a consistently growing and dynamic economy, strong respect for property rights, inflation is kept under control, and living standards continue to improve. Much of this resulted from economic policy encouraged by Pinochet. Like I said the guy is no Saint, but Chile is much better today because of him.

Hugo Chavez was just another egotistical, narcissistic Latin American strongman that grabbed as much power as he could and used it to bully his opponents and enemies. He controlled the media, he seized private property from his political enemies. Despite record oil prices the Venezuelan economy is in the dumps and suffers from rampant inflation. Crime and violence is out of control.

A spanish version may be more adequate I would say. I could translate, but for that I would need to know what kind of "your" your utilize : the singular/familiar one, or the polite one? In Latin languages, there is a difference, here for Spanish : tu (you, singular and familiar) , vosotros (you, plural), usted (you, polite), ustedes (you, plural polite)
